Once you've completed your registration. Deposit money in your SportPesa account is easy, just follow these steps:

• Select the payment method and insert an amount.
• You will receive a USSD message from Masterpass.
• After authorizing the payment request, you can add a ***new card or use a linked one.
• Insert your card credentials and confirm the request.
• Once the payment is confirmed, you can check the operation at the transactions section.

Follow the steps below to place a single bet via USSD.

Send USSD message to *120*47773# and from ‘Welcome to SportPesa’ menu select Place Bet Option (3)

Step 2

From next screen select between (1) Highlight Games (2) Todays Football Games (3) Other Sports or (99) to return to home screen.

EG (1) to pick from Highlight Games.

Step 3

From Highlight Games menu select one of the Games presented, (98) for more options, (00) to go Back one menu or (99) Home menu.

EG (1) for Game 1.

Step 4

Game Menu will show Game ID, Event Date / Time, Match Details and default 3 way bet markets plus selections. From the menu pick one from the following: (1) Home Win, (x) Draw , (2) Away Win plus selection odds / price.

If this is not enough you can press (3) for more Markets to bet on. If you want to go back press (00) to back to previous screen or (99) to go Home.

EG press (1) for Home marker selection at given price.

Step 5

Before placing bet (21) you have a chance to edit bet (1) or add more games as a Multibit (22). If you want to go back press (00) and if you want to go back to Home menu press (99)

You can now Enter value for stake on bet or use (00) to go Back or (99) Home Once Stake** is confirmed and Bet Accepted you will be presented with Bet Slip message confirming selection, price, stake and potential.

Step 7

Once Stake** is confirmed and Bet Accepted you will be presented with Bet Slip message confirming selection, price, stake and potential

To cancel a bet, select Cancel from Main Menu (5)

Please insert your BetID and click Send.

After this your bet will be removed. Funds will be reverted and added to your SportPesa Account.

Note that you can only cancel a bet within 10 minutes of placing it and before any game from your bet kicks off.

e.g. Cancel#2345 (where 2345 is the Bet ID).

From SportPesa main menu select ‘My Account’ (6)

Then select option (3) for withdrawal, select the amount to withdraw.

The money will be deposited to your **FNB eWallet

Note: FNB eWallet Cash Out: Value limits as set by First National Bank:

From SportPesa main menu select ‘My Account’ (6).

You will be able to see your account balance.

Complete the registration page by supplying your South African ID Number, South African based Mobile Number and enter a Password.

If you are a non South African citizen your Passport Number will be required.

Please read the Terms and Conditions and tick the acceptance box.

Click Get Registration Code button.

A registration code will be sent to your mobile.

Step 2

A confirmation screen will appear where you will be required to supply the registration code which was sent to your mobile, enter your South African ID Number and South African Mobile Number. Use the same information used to complete the registration form.

If you registered as a non South African citizen enter the registration code which was sent to your South African Mobile, enter your Passport Number.

Click the "Complete" button.

You will be asked to confirm your first name. Choose the correct name as it appears on your ID Document.

Non South African citizens are required to upload their documents to complete the registration process. Please, go to "Edit Account Info", attach a scanned copy of your two Documents to be validated by customer service for identity verification.

Step 3

You can now login into your account, your username will be your South African Mobile Number and Password which you created in the registration process.

  • After authorizing the payment request, you can add a new card or use a linked one.

To place a single bet, click on the team you predict to win. Click on either the Home team (first listed team) or the Away team (second listed team).

If you wish to predict that the outcome of the game will be a draw, click in the middle of the two teams to select X (DRAW).

If you wish to predict on the additional markets, click on the option for more markets usually displayed as (+12, +2, +8 e.t.c ) besides the game you want to bet on, to access the available betting options.

Once you select your prediction, a Bet slip will appear showing the prediction you have selected, the Odds of your prediction, and the bet amount at the bottom of the bet slip, which can be adjusted depending on how much you would like to bet with.

Note that you can edit your bet from the bet slip just to make sure that you have made the choices you want.

If you would like to do away with the entire bet and start a fresh, then click on "REMOVE ALL"

Click on "PLACE BET" to place your bet.

A message requesting you to "CONFIRM YOUR BET" will pop at this point. You can "CANCEL" and go back to your bet slip, or click "OK".

After clicking "OK" a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen showing your:

• The game you selected
• Your prediction
• The type of bet you have placed - Single bet
• The amount you have bet with
• Your Bet ID
• Your possible win
• Your SportPesa account balance

Note: From this confirmation message, you can go straight to your Bet History by clicking on "View History". You will also receive a confirmation message on your mobile phone from 47773 to confirm the same bet

You will also receive a confirmation message on your mobile phone from 47773 to confirm the same bet.

Getting your money out is as simple as putting your money in. Hopefully you will have made some successful wagers and you want to transfer money to your mobile money.

Click on the withdrawal link on the top right panel of the web site.

For example, if you want to withdraw R 1200 from your SportPesa account you will:

• Log into your account using www.sportpesa.co.za
• Select "Withdrawal"
• You will have two options for withdrawal, FNB eWallet and Bank Transfer
• On FNB eWallet supply your Mobile number and the amount you wish to withdraw.
• When selecting Bank Transfer complete the form by entering your Bank, Account Number, Mobile Number and Amount.
• Click Withdraw and you will receive a confirmation of withdrawal. Note that withdrawals can take up to 48 hours to reflect into your account.

Once you have registered you can access your SportPesa account by entering your phone number as USERNAME and the WEB PASSWORD as PASSWORD

When you log in with your account username and password, and click on "Transactions" you will see all your transactions. You can choose filter from date to date.

When you log in with your account and click on "Bet History" you will see all your "Active/Recent Bets".

Step 1

SMS to 47773 “voucher” followed by “#” then the 16-digit Voucher number as displayed on the voucher.

e.g. voucher#1234567890123456 - where “1234567890123456” is the 16-digit Voucher number.

Step 2

Your transaction request will be confirmed via SMS.
