1.0 The Goal Rush promotion is a daily promotion which is free to play and entitles the Customer to only one entry per promotional period.  

1.2. To participate in this promotion, the customer must:   

1.2.1. Register a SportPesa Account.  

1.2.2. Log in and place bets 

1.2.3. Have placed a real money bet on the SportPesa platform in the last 7 days.

Share predictions on social media platforms (eg. Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, X etc) as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. Posts that remain active and live for at least 30 days will be eligible for a Lucky Draw Prize to be determined by the Company. 
 
To be eligible to claim any prize, a winning participant must provide proof that their entry was shared on a valid social media platform, owned by the customer. This is a mandatory condition for prize fulfilment.

1.3. You participate in this promotion by selecting, in each match from the proposed schedule, the team that will score the first goal and the specific minute in which that goal will be scored. Entry for each round is validated after sharing your prediction on an eligible social media platform and before the first match starts. You cannot edit your entry once it has been submitted. 

1.4. The proposed fixture list included in each phase of the Goal Rush promotion is determined solely by the Company. 

1.5.1 If you correctly predict the time the first goal will be scored in all three suggested matches, included in each Goal Rush round, your entry will win a Prize. 

1.6.1 Prizes will be distributed as follows; R1 million to the customer who predicts all three correct outcomes (first team to score the first goal in the correct minute for each of the three games), R1,000 will be awarded to the first runner up (the player who is the first closest), and R250 will be awarded to 20 x customers who have the next 20 closest predictions. 

1.6.2 If a match ends in a goalless draw (0-0), the grand prize cannot be won. The other two matches are used to determine the daily prize winner and the runners up. If two matches end in a goalless draw.  If two games end goalless, the entire goal rush is voided. 

1.6.3 Prizes are awarded based on a points-based system scoring system, where lower scores indicate more accurate predictions

1.7. Where there are multiple winners of the Grand Prize or the Daily Top Prize, the prize money will be divided equally among them. The runner-up prizes are not shared; in the event of a tie for the final winning positions, all tied participants will each receive the full runner-up prize amount. 

1.8. Settlement of Postponed, Abandoned, or Cancelled Matches. 

The settlement of the Goal Rush promotion shall be adjusted under the following circumstances: 

1.8.1. If one (1) of the three (3) matches in a Goal Rush round is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise not settled, and is not completed within twenty-four (24) hours of its scheduled start time, that match shall be considered void. The promotion for that day will be settled based on the results of the remaining two (2) matches only. In this event, the Grand Prize shall not be awarded; however, the Daily Top Prize and Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded based on the points accumulated from the two (2) settled matches. 

1.8.2. If two (2) or more of the three (3) matches in a Goal Rush round are postponed, abandoned, or otherwise not settled, and are not completed within twenty-four (24) hours of their scheduled start times, the entire Goal Rush round for that day shall be settled as void. In this event, no prizes of any kind will be awarded. 

1.8.3. The Company’s decision on the application of this clause shall be final and binding. 

1.9. Prizes for each round of Goal Rush Promotion will be awarded once the results of the relevant matches are known. 

1.10. Your account may be subject to a verification check before any winnings from the Goal Rush Promotion are withdrawn. 

1.11. The Goal Rush Promotion is available at the Company's discretion and the Company does not guarantee its availability. The Company will not be liable if the Goal Rush Promotion is unavailable for technical reasons. 

1.12. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any Goal Rush entry. 

1.13. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove the Goal Rush Promotion (or any part thereof) for any event, format or customer. 

1.14. The Company reserves the right to withdraw Goal Rush Promotions to any customer or group of customers where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer or groups of customers are abusing this Promotion. 

1.15. Each participant is eligible to win only one prize per day. 

1.16. SportPesa will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner. 

1.17. If the winner does not reply to these messages or answer the phone, their winnings will be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant who replies and answers the call. 

1.18. After sharing your entry on social media, the post should remain active for a period of at least thirty days. 

1.19. If a match is postponed, abandoned or suspended before the first goal is scored and both matches are not played to completion within twenty-four (24) hours thereafter, the entire round of the Goal Rush special promotion will be void. For clarification, no prizes will be awarded if this occurs.
