IMPORTANT: This offer is for selected customers only. Deposit R50 or more and get R100 extra. Only customers who received the official SMS/Push notification for this offer qualify. The extra funds are credited within 24 hours of a qualifying deposit.

1. Promotion Period

This offer runs from 00:00 on 14 October 2026 until 23:59:59 on 30 October 2026 (the Promotion Period). Deposits made outside this window will not qualify. The offer to claim this promotion expires at the end of the Promotion Period; once credited, the bonus itself does not expire.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is exclusively available to customers who have received the official SMS and/or Push notification inviting them to participate. Customers who did not receive this notification are not eligible, regardless of account status or deposit activity. Forwarded, shared or screenshotted notifications do not make another customer eligible.

3. Qualifying Deposit & Bonus

Eligible customers who make a deposit of R50 or more during the Promotion Period will receive a fixed R100 bonus.

3.1. Deposits of less than R50 do not qualify.
3.2. The bonus is a fixed R100. Depositing more than R50 does not increase the bonus. Example: a deposit of R200 still gets a R100 bonus.

4. First Deposit Only

Only a customer's first deposit made during the Promotion Period is eligible for the bonus. Any deposits made thereafter, regardless of amount, will not trigger an additional or upgraded bonus.

5. Verification

SportPesa will verify each customer's eligibility against its internal databases and records before crediting the bonus. SportPesa reserves the right to withhold or reverse the bonus where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

6. Bonus Crediting

The bonus will be credited to the customer's account within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being made, subject to successful verification. Once credited, the bonus does not expire.

7. Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount, and any winnings derived from it, is subject to SportPesa South Africa's standard wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.

8. One Account, Duplicate Accounts & Third-Party Use

8.1. This promotion may only be redeemed once per customer, per household, per identity document, and per registered account.
8.2. SportPesa reserves the right to identify, flag, and reject duplicate, linked, or related accounts (including accounts sharing the same ID number, banking details, address, device, IP address, or other identifying information) for the purposes of this promotion.
8.3. Betting accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any account found to be operated, deposited into, or wagered on by a third party on behalf of the registered account holder will be deemed ineligible for this promotion, and any bonus credited may be reversed.
8.4. SportPesa reserves the right to request additional verification (including proof of identity, proof of banking, or proof of address) from any customer claiming this promotion before or after crediting the bonus.

9. Fraud, Abuse & Right of Refusal

9.1. SportPesa reserves the right to refuse, withhold, cancel, or reclaim the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) from any customer where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, the use of bots or automated tools, or any attempt to circumvent, exploit, or manipulate the terms of this promotion.
9.2. SportPesa reserves the right to suspend or close the accounts of customers found to be in breach of these terms or SportPesa's standard Terms and Conditions, pending investigation.
9.3. Any decision made by SportPesa regarding suspected fraud or abuse in relation to this promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
9.4. SportPesa reserves the right to refuse participation in this promotion to any customer at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, subject to applicable law.

10. General Terms

10.1. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotion unless explicitly stated.
10.2. Self-excluded and locked accounts do not qualify for this promotion.
10.3. SportPesa South Africa reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to regulatory requirements.
10.4. Standard SportPesa South Africa Terms and Conditions apply in addition to these promotional terms.
10.5. This promotion is only available to registered SportPesa South Africa customers aged 18 and older, in compliance with WCGRB regulations.
10.6. Management's decision regarding any dispute related to this promotion is final.

R25 FICA Bonus

Promo Snapshot: This offer gives new and existing customers a free R25 bonus when they complete FICA verification. Once the account is FICA approved, the bonus is credited within 48 hours of the account being FICA verified and can be used on all bets, subject to the promo terms and wagering requirements below.

How do I complete FICA verification on my account?

1. This promo is open to new and existing SportPesa registrations from 11 June 2026 to 31 December 2026.
2. To qualify for the R25 bonus, customers must register and complete FICA verification for the first time. Existing SportPesa account holders may also qualify for this bonus if they complete FICA verification.
3. Only users aged 18 or older are eligible. Any suspected underage account operation will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account being closed.
4. The bonus will be credited within 48 hours of the account being FICA verified.
5. Self-excluded and locked accounts do not qualify for this promotion.
6. This offer is limited to one bonus per client, household, account, and IP address. Syndicate betting is prohibited, and customers who attempt to open duplicate accounts will not qualify.
7. The R25 bonus may be used on any betting market, including sports and casino.
8. The sign-up bonus must be wagered once at odds of 1.5 or higher before it becomes withdrawable, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of R100. The maximum winnings/withdrawal amount from this bonus is capped at R250.
