Promotion Period: 07 August 2026, 00:00 – 17:00 (SAST)

1. Promotion Overview

The Twice as Nice - Deposit and Get Promo is available to eligible customers who make a qualifying deposit during the Promotion Period.

Customers who deposit R25 or more and place a qualifying bet during the Promotion Period will receive a bonus credit of R50, credited to their account by 18:00 (SAST) on 07 August 2026.

The bonus amount is fixed at R50 per eligible customer, regardless of the size of the qualifying deposit, provided the minimum deposit threshold is met.

2. Qualifying Deposit

1. Only deposits of R25 or more will qualify for the bonus credit. Deposits below R25 will not be credited with any bonus amount.
2. Only the first deposit made by a customer during the Promotion Period will be considered for eligibility. Any subsequent deposits made during the Promotion Period will not generate an additional bonus.
3. In addition to the qualifying deposit, the customer must place at least one bet during the Promotion Period using funds from that deposit. Depositing alone, without placing a qualifying bet, will not entitle the customer to the bonus.
4. The qualifying deposit and qualifying bet must both be successfully processed and reflected in the customer's account before 17:00 (SAST) on 07 August 2026 to be considered.
5. The R50 bonus will be credited to eligible accounts by 18:00 (SAST) on 07 August 2026.

3. Eligible Customers

6. The Promotion is open to registered SportPesa South Africa customers who are 18 years or older and hold a fully verified (FICA-compliant) account in good standing.
7. SportPesa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine customer eligibility and to refuse entry into, or exclude any customer from, the Promotion at any time, without obligation to provide reasons.
8. Employees, contractors, and agents of SportPesa South Africa (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to participate.
9. Only customers who have opted in to receive marketing communications from SportPesa and who appear on the Twice as Nice promotional customer list will be eligible for this Promotion. Customers who are not on this list, or who have opted out of marketing communications, will not qualify, regardless of whether they meet the deposit and betting criteria above.
10. Customers who have self-excluded or whose accounts are suspended, restricted, or under review, are not eligible.

4. Duplicate Accounts, Abuse & Third-Party Use

11. Only one account per customer, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted to participate in the Promotion. Where SportPesa identifies duplicate, linked, or related accounts - promo eligibility will be voided.
12. Any actual or suspected abuse of the Promotion - including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, the use of the Promotion for arbitrage, or any pattern of activity inconsistent with genuine play - will result in immediate forfeiture of eligibility and any bonus credited.
13. SportPesa reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or reverse any bonus amount, and to suspend or close any account, where duplicate accounts, abuse, or third-party use is identified, whether before or after the bonus has been credited.

5. General Terms

14. SportPesa reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
15. SportPesa's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including eligibility, qualification, and the amount of any bonus, is final and binding.
