How to FICA Your Account

To verify your account, please send us a picture of your ID/Passport and a Proof of Address document, not older than 3 months to fica@sportpesa.co.za or via Live Chat.

Don't forget to include the Mobile Number linked to your SportPesa account for all FICA document submissions and queries.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your R25 FICA Bonus to be credited. Eligible accounts only.

1. Identification Document/Passport

A clear copy/picture of one of the following:

• Identity document
• Identity Card - Both Sides
• Driver's Licence - Both Sides
• Valid South African Passport
• All non-South African Citizens must submit a valid Passport.

2. Proof of address Document

An original/certified copy of one of the following displaying full name and physical residential address:

• Utility bill (not older than 3 months)
• Stamped Bank Statement (not older than 3 months)
• Lease Agreement (not older than 1 year)
• Municipal rates and taxes invoice (not older than 3 months)

3. Bank and EFT Withdrawals

**If you are withdrawing via EFT or Bank Transfer, you MUST provide a Bank Statement confirming your account details.

• Dated within the last 3 months
• Reflect your registered name
• Screenshots will not be accepted
• For Source of Funds requests, statements must reflect proof of income and have transactional activity.
